Q. Do you work on small projects?
A. Yes! We work on any sized projects, large or small.
Q. How long will it take for my project to be completed?
A. We create custom proposals for each and every project, so the timeline will be created based on your project needs. Typically our website design projects and branding are completed within 3 to 4 weeks, and mobile app projects take a minimum of 12 weeks.
Q. What is your design/development process like?
A. Our process is what makes us unique. Every project is different, but this is how it generally goes:
Exploration - The excavation. The discovery. The plan.
Every great project starts with a thorough discovery and planning phase. Our stress-free process is designed to download the ideas in your head so we can develop and design exactly what you need.
Design - The vibe. The feeling. The look.
This is the part where you sit back and relax while we put wheels to the ground and use all of our expertise and eyes for design to create your dream app, site, and/or brand.
Implementation/Development - The nuts. The bolts. The connections.

Q. What do you use for website projects?
A. We specialize in custom WordPress and Shopify websites, and create custom web apps using React + Firebase for your MVP.
Q. What software + technologies do you use for development projects?
A. For mobile apps we use React Native to create a cross-platform app for iOS and Android. If you have more in-depth questions about the technologies we use, feel free to contact us here.
Q. What software do you use for design projects?
A. We use the latest Adobe Creative Cloud software which includes Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. They are the industry standard and we’ll ensure that all files we create will be compatible with printers, designers and anyone else who works on your brand.
Q. Can we meet in person or have a phone call?

Q. How do I get started on my project?
A. It’s easy! Fill out the form on the Work With Me Page and schedule a FREE Discovery Call to go over your project details and to see if we are a good match!
Q. What are your rates?
A. We create free, custom proposals for every project. Your project is special and unique and so is your proposal. We pride ourselves on being transparent with pricing, and all fees are discussed and agreed upon before starting a project.
There are two types of billing we offer depending on the project:
Fixed Rate – This is a per-project cost determined prior to your project starting
Hourly Rate – This is the hourly rate which is billed based on the time spent on your project
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. For most of our projects we require a 25% deposit upfront to ensure your spot on our schedule.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept most forms of payment - PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and check.
Q. What if I am not happy with the work?
A. Before a project starts, you’ll receive questionnaires to fill out so we can have a complete understanding of the goals and needs of your project. We’ll then have a kick-off meeting once the project has begun, and each project contains a certain number of design revisions. We’ll do our best to make sure you’re happy with your project, and we can always add in extra design revisions or scope changes (changes in our original proposal) for an extra cost. Communication is key! You’ll be hearing from us often to keep everyone on the same page for the entire project.
